It really depends, this nation is made up with a bunch of amazing people along with the sheep.

They that can not think for themselves, will probably be killed off or do badly if a real collapse does happen. Do feel that local regions will pull together or at least try to to keep things sane.

There is a basic level that most do have and that is to band together against outsiders when things go bad, instead of going alone!
