What do you do when somebody asks you something that is none of their business?

Here's a 'patch' of some government national security operation that states the question succinctly:

Do you think it's polite to mind your own business? And for others to do the same? Is it rude to tell people to MYOFB? Is this an important thing for a society to remain functional?

I am raising this question because recently I found this short essay on the idea of MYOB and NAP.

NAP, incidentally is the Non Aggression Principle. It was a bit annoying that the author didn't state that in the essay, and it took me some time to find a definition for it for the article to make sense.
