View Full Version : EPA Gives Entire Wyoming Town to Indians

It appears that Obama’s habitual abuse of his executive action is beginning to rub off on the rest of his administration. His EPA soldiers are now telling a town in Wyoming that they no longer have the right to live there. And what’s worse? They’re giving away that land that the residents rightfully bought to other people. The town of Riverton, Wyoming has been an issue for quite some time with regards to Indians and the “white man.” According to local Indians, the 1 million acre plot the town sits on should rightfully be added to their reservation.
Well, for some strange reason, Obama’s goon squad has obliged the Indian’s request even though the borders were place there in 1905. Now the 10,000 residents of the town are being forced to stick to their guns and stay there, or forfeit their land. The choice here though isn’t quite so simple. If the residents decide to stay, they would not be, “eligible for state or federal services.” Along with this, they may just get tossed off their land they bought anyways because the, “deeds do not have to be recognized by the Indians.”

What's good for the Goose is good for the Gander right?
So with that logic, don't recognize the EPA's "authority". They don't want to recognize a Deed that was established long before the EPA even came into existence. Why recognize the EPA's so called "authority"? Arm up to the teeth and tell the EPA to pound sand.

I'm hoping that's whats gonna happen.

they would not be, “eligible for state or federal services.”
I wish someone would elaborate on the downside to this...
8,000+ inhabitants, I would think the salty folks there could easily form their own militia/security force. And another thing comes to mind - they could form their own nation state since the USG is writing off the town and 'gifting' it to a whole other nation...

They can always make a treaty with the Indians and the taxes that was going to the white man would now go to the Indians... think about it, as far as I am concern it would benefit the Indians....... are the Indians going to build a casino? a college, a hospital..... the white father would no long be able to steal from the red skins.........you people pisses me off by thinking negative about everything.

Regardless of what the townsfolk and Indians do in Riverton here on out, there will always be a cloud of uncertainty that will drive the town to poverty. When your property is siezed, there is no reason to work, plan ahead or save for tomorrow.

...they could form their own nation state...
And request foreign aid.

Maybe the way they could work this out is instead of paying the property taxes they now pay to the state they could just pay that money to the indians. Where I live the indians aren't very good at taking care of livestock so white ranchers pay them for the use of their land, grass and water.
What ever they do I think there will be a lot of hard feelings and hostility between the town residents and the indians. What has probably worked reasonably well in the past between the whites and indians will be destroyed.

Since the election of obummer, his use of the EPA as a weapon and allowing implementation of their rules to control the people through edict.

I believe that the whites living there would be safer because the government would have to go to the indian government to get to the white people.......would the white people need a permit to build anything? house, business, storage, porch, second floor, or anything else?......pay as much tax? like for cigarettes? vehicle?...........to me this would be like having a land patent without the trouble of taking a land patent, no county, state or federal government can tell them what to do or even go in there without the approval or the indians...........why hell, I feel like moving to that town.

Yet only the tribe gets to set property tax rates. Under this set of rules, the tribe has no incentive to keep property taxes in check since only White Eyes has to pay. There are lots of Whites living on that reservation because it's a damned good piece of real estate and has a huge gorgeous lake on it.
I haven't heard of the tax situation getting out of hand, though. Maybe Indians are more reasonable than ZOG.

Never thought of that. Aren't Indians super racist (for obvious reasons) and violent though? I heard they are chronic druggies, especially alcoholics.

I thought that Indians would be far fairer rulers than Jews, when I compared it with the situation prior to the creation of Israel above...

If you kick a dog it will bite you back.....if you feed him and treat him well he will lick your hand............humans are the same way, even if a human is not a dog....................I gave $20.00 to this guy who live on the streets and he is always very happy to see, and even smiles at me, even if I no longer give him any more money...........instead of thinking of Indians as dog simply think of them as children in kindergarten who have to learn the new way, the mud is already there and simply to form into human..........it is your choice as to what to do with that mud.

Counties consist of a body politic of villages, cities and townships.
Cities consist of the officers appointed to represent those cities.
All of these are fictional entities.
Some intriguing possibilities here. If a precedent is set where the city might be ejected from the county and state then it has to establish some other place to exist or it vanishes.
For example, in Iowa Michigan territory established two counties, Du Buque and Des Moines. They created two townships, one in each county, called Julien and Flint Hill. They did this because a county had to have a body politic and the township was the body politic for each county. There were originally no people in any of these counties and there remains no people to this day in any county.
If a member of the body politic of the county can be ejected in such a manner the who is to say the county itself cannot be ejected? Seems this is a precedent worth looking at.

To me it looks like everyone is crapping their pants prematurely...Nothing much has been decided...This has been going on for decades.
I do not even think Obama has a clue about this in the slightest...Obama is a scapegoat...it's why he was installed in 2008...to take the heat...and the fall...You are not going to be screaming for a dictatorship/salvation when the time comes unless you all have been socially engineered prior to the imposition.
That is what you all are being slowly held by the hand and baby stepped to...It is plain to see where the gradual progression is leading to.
There is no way to move the town/city...So it is not going anywhere...and without some way for the Indians to impose their will upon the town/city...They are SOL.

Nonsense. The city is the office of Mayor. He can be moved quite easily. Put a case of leinenkugel with his name on it outside the city limits and you will find the city is quite easy to move.

Maybe he's the Rob Ford type Mayor...and a case of leinenkugel is just for starters.

Never thought of that. Aren't Indians super racist (for obvious reasons) and violent though? I heard they are chronic druggies, especially alcoholics.ZOG has been giving Indians every handout conceivable, even moreso than Blacks and Mexicans. When it stops we'll find out what they're like. History tells us that they enjoyed torturing their enemies. Even today they're known for their meanness.
On the other hand, Indians are more liberty oriented politically and for this reason are more likely allies than most other minorities. They are less likely to stand for gun control and similar shet. Isn't there a Tribe in North Dakota that has a silver monetary system?
