Three Americans were killed in an ‘aircraft mishap’ in eastern Afghanistan on Thursday, military officials said.

Two of the victims were International Security Assistance Force service members and the other was a civilian in the force. The crash came the same day that an ISAF spokesperson confirmed a helicopter crash that killed six soldiers in mid-December was caused by ‘enemy action.’

The crash was the third deadly aircraft accident involving U.S. military in three days. - ABC News (https://www.facebook.com/abcnews.au)

I suspect the Taliban is to blame for a lot of those "accidents".
