Blacks represent just 14 percent of the U.S. population, yet account for one-third of all reported chlamydia cases, almost half of all syphilis cases, and two-thirds of all reported gonorrhea cases.

Also, people who have an STD are at least two to five times more likely to become infected with HIV, if exposed to a partner who has HIV, than people who do not have an STD.

I can understand stealing if you or your family are hungry! this is the result of the unintended consequences from the 60's and welfare! when a persons main goal is to reproduce just to get another check! how many of these offspring have no conscience? when one's mother or father dont have any caring! how does this affect the development of the child! this must be one of the causes of psychopathic behavior! whats going to happen to us when we become older and all of these creatures are running the streets? I am scared of what the future will bring!
