Earthquake lights?

I saw an earthquake cloud several years ago while driving across the desert. It was a perfect cylinder cloud that went from the ground to a mile up in the air. It was in the middle of nowhere off interstate 40. I didn't think too much about it until the northern Mexico 7.1 quake hit less then 24 hours later that shook my home in AZ. I happened to catch something on the internet a few days later about eartquakes clouds. I did a search and found a formation like the one I saw.

I am reminded of the prophecy that stated photon energy light towers would be born as we passed into the galactic planar,

we are supposed to be able to tap into these for our needs.

Who was it that predicted those? singular_me would know.
