Anyone spot the elements of a contract. What was the offer? Was there an acceptance? Was there a dishonor then on the part of the seller or was the dishonor on the part of the purchaser? Was the issue resolved in the courts?

Was social security the issue? How about income tax? Was fiat money involved in this transaction?

Did the young Saxon Chief's men obtain alloidal title to the land they pitched their tents on? Did they obtain any title at all? Is tribal organization at its heart a trust arrangement? Did the Thuringian who sold the dust do so as a beneficiary of his trust or as a fiduciary of his trust?
