their website looks fine, and i can't find anything on the web, however...

joe, eric, and g love on the patriot radio news hour have been talking friday and yesterday about tulving being caught by the state of ca. apparently he has been running a ponzi scheme the whole time. apparently he would take people's money one month and use that to buy product for the people waiting from the month before that. he was constantly a month behind. according to the show, it caught up with him last week when he couldn't get product anymore and the scheme collapsed. they said the state is going after him and shutting him down and lots of people will never get their product. they were telling people to stop calling them, they don't know tulving, and to contact the state of cs attorney general about it, so it seems like a legit story.

seems weird though, his site is still up and all, and i can't find anything online about it.

anybody hear anything? if so, huge for tulving to default and not be able to get product.

I never bought from them because their site looks like it was hosted on Geocities. Very cheesy and unprofessional.

I remember the site and never purchased as it appeared he was trying to be a dealer to dealers with leaning towards bulk and volume orders.

Guess they were trying to make something from nothing?

Note: Gold slides $10 on the news that gold is unavailable.

What was volume like?

I remember looking at him when Silver was $7 or so, maybe that was why.

His premium was much higher than anyone else on anything under a 100oz. but better deals on anything around a 1000 back then.

I never dealt with Tulving. For years it has been alleged that this is exactly what he was doing because of the extreme wait time for people to get the bullion they ordered.

Their is no reason for a delay if you only sell what you have.

But like all men the urge to profit at the expense of remaing honest is just to burdensome to bear.

If he had just borrowed from the banksters instead of his customers, it would have been called a business loan and everything would have been fine. Fact is, this is exactly how the majority of businesses operate - always one month behind. The only reason they didn't like him is because he sells gold and didn't (I assume) pay interest to the banksters.

Hannes Tulving of tulving.com has had over $200K of my money for over five (5) months, has not shipped my orders, will not provide a full refund, and will not communicate about the matter. The public deserves to know his business may be turning into a ponzi scheme funding his retirement.

Someone I know (not me) bought a couple of monster boxes and some gold back towards the end of summer. (2013)
The next day they did not receive their shipment. After waiting a a few days made contact and was given excuses.
Fast forward to last month. Shipment STILL NOT RECEIVED

What they did was buy a bank of pre-made phone calls, a service which calls a phone number for you with a pre-recorded message
They had their number called every minute with a message concerning this order.

Well, guess what? It worked. The shipment of monster boxes came in and a week or so later the gold.

Interesting note on the AE Gold, the dates were from 2010. That tells me that they did not get them from the mint

http://about.ag/tulving.htm

NEW WARNING On January 31, 2014 we discovered 2 reports that The Tulving Company did not ship orders by the dates promised to the BBB. In other words, The Tulving Company delayed thes orders for 3-5 months, and the customers complained to the BBB -- at which point, The Tulving Company promised to deliver them by a specific date, but failed to. This is important because of the way that The Tulving Company has been handling complaints. They respond to the BBB or BCA with the date (in the future) that they will ship, rather than responding after they have shipped. As a result, we have to trust that they will ship when promised (funny, huh?).
However, their apparent inability to ship the product when promised to the BBB suggests that they may have surpassed the limit of what they can send out (in other words, money coming in from new orders is even less than expected).

Quick Note/Disclaimer This page has just received a lot of press starting January 27 (the page was first put online in October), including many sites providing a warning of how Tulving's reputation has changed. To clarify: the about.ag website is designed to be a source of truth for silver (and gold) investors. We do not have any direct connections with any bullion dealers. I (the maintainer of this page) have done business with The Tulving Company in the past, had excellent results, and have recommended him to many people over the years. In other words, I'm close to an impartial observer.
It is my belief is that Mr. Tulving is trying to make good for his customers, but is simply unable to. I have just reached out to Mr. Tulving, and would be happy to work with him in finding the best solution for everyone involved.

Summary Hannes Tulving, Jr., owner of The Tulving Company, currently has outstanding orders estimated at as much as $300,000,000 (but in reality likely much lower). It appears that he currently is only able to ship out about $1M of orders per week (every Friday), presumably using money from new orders. According to information from The Tulving Company, it appears that he has taken over $500,000,000 of orders illegally (knowing they would not be delivered within 30 days, violating the FTC Mail Order Rule, CA law, and his FTC consent decree) since April, 2013. The 370+ complaints we have tracked are all the same: people order, they call to check on the order, are given the run-around (they have an 'unusually high volume of orders', shipping limits, etc.), and never get their order. We have not heard of a single person ordering from Tulving since April, 2013 who has received their order in less than 30 days.
We also have a list of the 370+ complaints here (http://about.ag/data/csv/TulvingComplaints.htm).

Precious Metals are extremely volatile, coin dealers can't be trusted, half of them are conspiracy theorists ... etc.
