Quickest in the sense that this is a de-militarized Su-27 meaning it weighs far less than a standard combat Su-27 (and the Su-27 holds all the time to altitude records since '87).
Since this is a check flight for a freshly rebuilt aircraft it's pretty boring after leisurely* climbing out to 10,000 ft in <1 minute (*leisurely for this aircraft considering the Su-27 holds the record for climbing to 15,000 meters, i.e. 49,000 ft. in 70 seconds) -
