Personally I'd avoid something like this. Seems fishy to me.

Why don't you just use a Bitcoin/crypto faucet?

Honestly. It's very profitable to mine (http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency) cryptos if you have a good rig for it.

I remember when Bitcoin faucets were giving out 0.01 Bitcoins a piece. That's about $6 or so today to random people who clicked.
