I was just thinking recently how a drone with video would be a huge advantage in a traffic jam...i.e. until everyone was using one.

yes drones are cool. I saw a guy 2 weeks ago. He was at a sporting event. Boat race and he had 2 of these things. Wandering back and forward, each covering 1/2 of the circuit. Plus I think he had a spare or some kind of quick change over battery charging thing. Was obviously a way to make money. All the gear he had was drone 1.5 tech IMO. He was suspending some kind of SLR camera from his drones which I thought was a bit weird but all the commercial ones do this. I would have thought they are too heavy and reduce flying time. Why not strap a couple of smart phones to them. Cheap and 12Megapixel now days. Plus they have audio and GPS builtin.
