Because a homeland security agent couldn't tell the difference between a pellet air gun and a real high powered firearm a young Iraq war veteran and active duty soldier is in trouble with the law.

As you can see in the news video, SWAT and about every law enforcement official in the county is called in to take down this soldier.

The soldier was target practicing with his pellet air rifle on the side of his house when one of the pellets ricocheted and hit the window of a vacant house nextdoor.

In the empty house that was still under construction was a homeland security agent who was looking at buying the abandoned home. The agent called in an active shooter situation after seeing the soldier with the pellet gun.

That's when all kinds of rumors erupted and two nearby schools were locked down. An armored vehicle, SWAT, and a massive law enforcement team showed up on scene to arrest the 25-year-old soldier who merely wanted to work on his craft. He is facing criminal charges of mischief for his actions.

Cops are terrified of us. They over-respond to everything because they all believe that the next call they show up at is the one where we're going to go off on them. The reason they fear us is because they abuse us every chance they get.

This "Homeland Security" agent's mind went crazy when the pellet struck anywhere near him...he automatically assumed he was under attack.

Do you see how easy it would be to "false flag" police resources?

It was a GUN, that's all that mattered.

People tend to abuse those whom they have wronged. Cops fall into this dynamic easily. They enforce abusive laws that they know are wrong, and from one side they get guilt. From another side they get fear of retribution from those whom they have wronged. They generalize this to the larger public whom they continually mistreat both out of loyalty to their corrupt legal system, and out of fear that one day someone who has been wronged will kill them. The way they see it, is they gotta 'do their job; and they 'aren't taking any chances'. What an insane way to live. In effect, their jobs kill their humanity. Turn them into killer robots. Best to avoid them at all costs.

You mean if you convince a man he has the moral Right to violently dominate his fellow man, that he will not turn into a virtuous and moral character?

Mistake:
1. Living in close residential area where shooting even a pellet gun could hit houses and neighbors.
2. Having stupid wife who did not know how to stand up for him.
3. Hitting windows multiple times... I think there were at least 2 pellet holes.
4. Not knowing where his shots were going.
5. Shooting when a gangster was in the neighborhood.

If I were in a house and a high speed projectile came through a window, I would be a bit pissed off.

Had the soldier ever conducted any raids of others houses before? Sucks don't it?
