And apparently the guided-missile frigate USS Taylor has exceeded it's 21 day limit in the Black Sea.

As far as I am aware Turkey has no right to determine which ships have the right to go through the Bosphorus, as I understand it is a committe mostly made up of the winners of WWI that decide that, could be wrong though...
