Moments ago a building in the Harlem part of New York appears to have i) exploded and ii) collapsed, with people trapped inside.

EXPLOSION REPORTED ON 116TH AND PARK IN NYC

Emergency crews are reportedly on the scene of a possible building explosion in East Harlem.



Details are limited but the incident reportedly happened this morning in the area of East 116th Street and Park Avenue.



NY1 has a crew heading to the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.

There are reports that people are trapped after part of the building collapsed. It is unclear what caused the explosion at this time, but Con Ed was requested on rush for a gas leak.

Dam that a major catastrophe and it hits home in particular because my Boiler just cracked and my plumber wanted to Gerry rig it for me so I can still get heat.

Believe it or not I am mulling that around with the misses..... the biggest thing I have going on right now is my current court case on the house....as the lender is in a major shitstorm but dosent know it yet because Im sitting on some proofs that will expose him to financial damages.

I just have to time it just right and allow them to futher impeach themselves with daming information.

So I currently have to hold tight until more clarity is brought to the situation.

My intention is when I win in court and sell the house with all possible speed at firesale price and sink the proceeds into various tangibles
