What does the bottle look like?

I take this stuff personally.

If I feel "sick" I take 3 capsules with each meal of the day, or about 3x. Keep in mind these are REALLY tiny capsules so that's why I take so much, but the point is you want to take them several times throughout the day. Keep taking them for a couple days or so after you feel your sickness is gone to make sure the deed is done.

I also take a shot glass full of colloidal silver with it. The two seem to work well hand and hand for me.

I keep several of the little oil of oregano capsules in my keychain emergency medicine holder setup I made too. Those little things are total life savers. I've been bailed out of catching colds countless times since I always take them right when I start to feel ill, and they wipe whatever it is out.

By the way, with your sore throat, gargle Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar throughout the day, it will help with the sore throat.

1 to 4 drops in water, juice or milk once or twice daily. May also be used topically.

I don't know personally since I think the drop versions aren't as good as the gel caps which you can carry and take anywhere. The tiny gel caps can be fit and stored almost anywhere and are a great EDC option in my option. I'm also not familiar with that brand, which seems to not have the best rating (unlike the one I linked to.)

Umm I would take about 10 drops based on what I'm looking at, 3 to 4x a day. That's my best guestimation. Understand this stuff isn't lethal or dangerous at any of these doses so it's not going to hurt you to take more than you need. The worst you'll get is oregano burps.

Dunno if this helps but taking plenty of melatonin and trying to sleep like crazy should help a bunch too.

I find that colloidal silver kills any cold symptom I get and is much easier to ingest than oregano oil.

That didn't work for me last time, drank about a gallon. Had to do the lipsomal vitamin C.

You take oil of oregano sublingually .... 2-3 drops in the tip of an eyedropper and squirt it under the tongue. Burns a little but it drives out parasites.

I use both together. Colloidal silver is better with bacteria and oil of oregano is better with viruses. It's a one-two punch.

Could work. I end up with motor oil on my hands at work all the time. I almost never get sick. Even when I rarely do get sick, my hands always feel fine and never ache.

A large animal vet told me when he was practicing at least once a week he would get a call to various beef or dairy farms. The farmer would drain the motor oil into a pail, the cows would get access to it and lick it and within 24 hours would go blind from the heavy metals. He would come in with a bag of EDTA for chelation, slam it into one of the veins of the cow and within a day or so the cow would be unblind.

Having anything to do with heavy metals is an incredibly poor idea. That includes silver (except possibly topically).

you guys ever try used motor oil i have heard it works great on all that make you feel badused motor oil is full of heavy metals which your body could absorb. Even clean petroleum products have all sorts of nasty substances depending on which well it came out of. When I worked offshore some guys got leukemia from a gas well they were monitoring and maintaining.

As far as killing bacteria and viruses on contact, it probably works well.

Anyone who works with metals or engines or even engine exhausts (ok ... that is everyone) might benefit from EDTA chelation. The cost of a quad bypass of blocked heart vessels is now around a quarter million dollars. Doctors will tell you that chelation has no benefits and some harm if you overdo it (kidneys). Iowa has outlawed the practice although you might find a doctor to administer it should specific conditions warrant. Iowans go to outlying states to have chelation done.

The first thing you will be told is to get the mercury out of your mouth before there will be any benefit.

First the negative in which the perspective of the MD is presented. You might deduce from this discussion that there is no benefit at all to EDTA chelation. This is correct. From the perspective of the doctor I suppose a quarter million dollar quad bypass is much preferable to any method that prevents anyone from needing one:

You can find EDTA in pill form or find a medical practitioner who can figure out how to mix it in a 1 L bag of normal saline along with some vitamins and stick it in a vein (a much more effective approach).

I'm not much into listening to MD's or having needles poked in my veins.

Never mind.

One guy I am aware of .. with diabetes ... and a sore on his foot ... the MDs were prepared to remove the foot. He opted for a series of treatments that involved needles being stuck in his veins. He still has the foot. He still goes in monthly for a EDTA treatment the same way.

However it is nice to meet someone who would rather lose a foot because he will always have principles to stand upon.
