This blue and silver bike I rode 187,000 miles. I never had to add oil to the engine between oil changes. It was a 1987 FLT Tour Glide

You'll be like Malcomb Forbes. He had more than 70 Harleys when he died.

In 1994 my wife and I had ridden from Reno to Albuquerque to the HOG Western Region Rally. That was the first year year for the Road King. There was one on display at the rally, the back order waiting list was several months. On the ride back to Reno we kept passing or being passed by another group of rider's. There was a new Road King in that bunch. In Tonopah, Nevada we happened to stop for fuel at the same station together. I asked the older gentleman how he had been so fortunate to get one of these Road Kings so early. He told me he was connected to a dealership. Then he commented that he was getting too old for these long rides. He said he was going to cut them down to 2000 miles. I said where are you coming from? Where are you going? He said from Florida to Washington state. I asked how old are you. He told me he was 84.

I retired in 2003 and bought a truck. Since I have had the trucking business I don't have time to ride.:(
That is a nice looking machine you got.
edit: Happy Birthday!
