Congress challenged by Obama administration

The Obama administration's response to U.S. House passage of a bill that would expedite congressional lawsuits against the chief executive, for failure to enforce federal laws, was this: “The bill exceeds constitutional (0bama lover of the constitution) limits, and Congress cannot assign additional powers to itself.” The administration has just challenged Congress: Either use your impeachment authority found in the Constitution or get out of my way! What will Congress do?
