How to clear lungs?

Ever since that last episode of crap I had I keep coughing up crap, not constant but say every hour or so. Kinda white milky stuff that I call puss. I smoke so I should be seeing brown crap but there is none. My lungs seem clear and this stuff is coming from the upper areas, right where it got before I stopped it with the lipsomal vitamin C. Now how do I get this shit stopped and out? Actually I have had this since I was sick a few months ago when my kid first started school so it has been around a while.

Tried the weed thing a couple times which put me in a coughing fit and then hiccups for hours, which really sucked.

Internet is not really being helpful in my case.

I don't know if it's kosher, but one time I those symptoms I put some colloidal silver in a fine mist sprayer and sprayed it in my mouth while inhaling several times a day. Seemed to help.

I second the use of CS. I used colloidal silver in a nebulizer twice a day and it got rid of the green eggs I was coughing up.

Hi, I have very good news for people suffering from serious chronic lung diseases. Follow these steps to make a cold-curing castor oil pack:


Place a heating pad on a flat surface and turn the setting to high.
Lay a plastic garbage bag on top of the heating pad.
Soak two or three 12-inch squares of flannel in one-half cup of cold-pressed castor oil. Place them on top of the garbage bag.
Wrap yourself in a large bath towel to keep oil from getting on your bedding. Then place the entire pack against your body with the oil-soaked flannel next to your skin.

I had an ex that had seizures for no apparent reason and we used this. She got better and we found the problem was eating beef, after it all she thought she could eat all the beef in the world and soon after we split. You cant fix stupid. I have no clue but the last I heard her doc upped her meds. From none to over the top..nice. I feel a fool to help anyone these days.

That's interesting, I have never heard of steaming it into the lungs. Makes me think of oily residue entering but I will look this one up.
