MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The men accused of severely beating a man and repeatedly sexually assaulting his pregnant wife may have meant to target a different home for a robbery, authorities in Wisconsin said.
Three men face sexual assault and armed robbery charges after police said they broke into a Madison home looking for money, found the couple lying in bed and assaulted the woman, who was six months pregnant, after beating her husband. But a criminal complaint shows a woman may have sought to send the men to rob the home of a man she was dating.
The complaint filed Tuesday details a botched robbery plan that may have been intended to target the victims' neighbor. Authorities said Efemia A. Neumaier told the assailants they'd find at least $1,500 in cash in the home of the man she was seeing, but that the men broke into the wrong home.
Michon A. Thomas, Eric D. Bass and Kristopher J. Hughes all face robbery and sexual assault charges in the in the Feb. 23 home invasion on Madison's east side.
Neumaier has been charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery after the man she was seeing discovered her Facebook messages to Thomas setting up the attack, the complaint says. Two others accused of helping plan and carry out the attack also have been charged.
The complaint says that while the couple struggled to sleep about 5 a.m. that Sunday morning, the male victim, who is legally blind without his glasses, noticed the bedroom door was open and shouldn't have been.
"Is someone here?" the man called out from bed. A suspect then turned on the bedroom light and three men burst into the room, demanding money.
"Someone's gonna die tonight," one suspect said, according to the complaint. One suspect was allegedly wearing a mask from the movie "Scream."
The female victim told the three men repeatedly that she was pregnant, and that the men could take what they wanted from the house.
Reports say Hughes pulled the male victim from bed, laid him on his back and began hitting him in the face with a gun and punching and kicking his body.
Another suspect pulled the woman from bed and ordered her to lie on her stomach in the hallway, the report says. A suspect allegedly took a handgun and put it to the woman's stomach, saying, "You're going to die tonight."
All three men are accused of sexually assaulting the woman, and one is accused of forcing her to perform oral sex.
After putting the couple in a darkened laundry room, the complaint says the men left with electronics and the couple's credit cards and wedding rings. The complaint says the men left in a rented Ford Fusion driven by DeAndrae L. Mayweathers Jr., who was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
The victims ran to a neighbor's house for help, the man with what's described in the report as a baseball-sized contusion to his head and the woman bleeding from the assault.
Police said after interviewing neighbors that the alleged assailants planned a "lick" on a man believed to carry large sums of money, but struck the wrong house.
A fifth man, DeMarco D. Mallit, has been charged with theft and aiding a felon. Investigators said the robbery was planned at his apartment.
Bass, who pleaded no contest to three counts of sexual assault in 2011, was ordered held on a $75,000 cash bail. That was higher than Thomas and Hughes, who received $50,000 bail each. Mayweathers was held on $10,000 bail, and Neumaier and Mallit were each held on $5,000 bail.
Public defenders have not yet been assigned to the suspects. Court commissioner Todd E. Meurer advised Bass on Tuesday to hire a private attorney right away.
Police said Mayweathers' girlfriend told them he wanted to drive the car because it was rented in his name, but that "he did not want to be involved in (the robbery)."
She said when he told her the story he did not mention how the woman was assaulted or that she was six months pregnant.

if the roles had been reversed, there would've been a pack of negroes participating in the assault, I've witnessed and also been a party to it many many times growing up, what I've come to realize is that negroes are much more aggressive when traveling in packs, alone they may act aggressive but in truth are cowards. I more than likely would've continued a little more before stopping

If this couple had a dog this never would have happened. If you don't have a hound, get one. Or get two. It is the best and actually the only insurance you can have that you will not be taken by surprise.

A benevolent pit bull named Cali has died after officer Brice Woolly of Ardmore Police Department in Oklahoma blasted her in the neck with a shotgun on March 19.



On that day, Cali escaped the backyard fence and a neighbor called animal control to retrieve the dog. Unfortunately, officer Woolly arrived first.

You might be aghast when you hear what Woolly said when he bragged and laughed about shooting a dog that was just standing there, and then bragged again about another shooting. Then there is his murderous past and what he told the animal control officer to do next….

According to a witness, Officer Brice Woolley said, “I’m not waiting for animal control.” He went to his car, got his shotgun, did the deed and then bragged to animal control about how “awesome” it looked when the collar flew off her neck. Specifically, “did you see her collar fly off when I shot her? That was awesome” as he laughed. He went on to brag about a dog he shot (http://thefreethoughtproject.com/cop-sinister-past-murders-family-pet-brags/) two days earlier with a pistol.



When animal control arrived (who work for the department (http://www.ardmorecity.org/police/patrol.htm)), Woolly is quoted as saying, ”We will just write up the report as she was attacking you and other neighbors and blah blah blah.” Meaning “blah blah blah” as in business as usual.



Unlike a lot of dogs who are left to bleed out while the officer finishes talking and ticketing (http://www.activistpost.com/2014/02/cop-kills-service-dog-at-boys-birthday.html) someone for a loose dog, Cali died immediately. To make matters worse, the animal control officer who was being bragged to and apparently went along with falsifying the report, walks up to an already dead Cali and shoots her again near the rib cage.


But Cali didn’t attack, according to witnesses. She certainly didn’t pose a threat to the officer who had time to walk to his car, obtain his shotgun, walk back and shoot her directly in the neck, presumably at close range. When Cali’s owner, Sarah, arrived holding her 6-month-old infant, the officer said: “She’s dead. I just shot her.” After finding out, Sarah broke down and cried and walked back into her house.



Without looking at witness evidence, the department simply told Sarah the officers were in their right when they shot her dog after she went to the office to complain.

Officer Brice Woolly has shot and killed a person while working at a previous Oklahoma department in Tishomingo. The city had to reach a settlement and let Woolly go. Woolly was caught lying about the account when the testimony did not match the timing and footage of the dashcam. Somehow, he made it to Ardmore department even after failing psychological exams, and has killed at least two dogs.

I am posting these pictures because the owner has posted them publicly to raise awareness of officers gratuitously shooting innocent dogs.

Not many of us see the brutal reality of pet owners having to deal with their dead friends in the yard or on the neighborhood street after an officer casually walks away from the gore. The shotgun wound appears to be very close range.

If an officer can do this and get away with it, what else Is going on!? Something has to be done not only for Cali but for the many other dogs that are shot even in their very own yards for absolutely no reason! This isn’t right and something has to be done! This unnecessary and unequivocally psychopathic behavior is important to know about for awareness and safety. Think twice before calling 9/11 when it comes to pets! Talk to your neighbor first. I shot a couple of dogs one time that were up to no good and I think they were part pit bull. Their owner said he was going to beat me to death for that. I told him if he tried it I'd shoot him right between the eyes.

I know people swear by pits and love them, but it seems like all dog attacks here against people, kids and adults are mainly done by one breed, pits. To each their own, but I will never and have never cared for that breed. There is a very strong following of breeders here that fight them and raise them to fight, that same bunch wonder why the hand that feeds gets bitten more often than not. Imo, a bad breed, and I do not care how they are raised, something is wrong deep inside of those dogs overall, have seen some of the breed as dam good dogs, but they are the few out of the many.

Elderly E. Texas woman dies after apparent dog attack

KAUFMAN, TX (KLTV) - An elderly East Texas woman may have died as the result of a dog attack Monday afternoon.

According to inForney (http://inforney.com/crime/item/1695-85-year-old-kaufman-woman-died-of-an-apparent-dog-attack), 85-year-old Dorothy Hamilton of Kaufman was found dead in her home in the 1400 block of E. First North Street at approximately 4:46 p.m. Hamilton's son discovered her body in the living room of the home.

Although her exact cause of death remains undetermined, Kaufman authorities believe she may have been killed by two aggressive dogs inside the home. The Kaufman Police Department said two large, very aggressive pit bulls were found inside the residence and it appeared the animals had attacked Hamilton.

The two dogs involved in the attack were being kept in one of the home's bedrooms but broke through the door to get to Hamilton. The dogs belonged to Hamilton's son who had been keeping them at her residence for several months. A total of eight pit bulls were seized from the property.

Hamilton's body has been sent for an autopsy. No charges have been filed.
