Same as I found on youtube, if you limit it to 1 year there is nothing conclusive. They have 6 that are the same thing that shows nothing and a few others that are from long ago re-uploaded. I don't think Russia can access youtube now... not sure and I don't know anyone over there. I might... let me make a contact.

It looks like it did in Las Vegas when I was there,
they would spread out over a large area making it all milky white, no blue sky.

Personally, I think they do more to warm things than to cool things. Especially at the time they deliver in earlier morning. It creates a reflective mirror and diffuser that catches reflected light away from the surface of the earth and sends it back for another round.

Is done over population centers to give that global warming temporary effect... I suspect most high temps around the globe in major cities are taking place well before the hour they used to.

If you notice the temps anymore you may notice they are different then they used to be sometimes thru the day.

Intense heat builds during the early morning 10:30am feels hotter than 2pm, then a reapplication of chemtrail before sunset 4pm makes it warm after sunset temporarily. This is on those clear days if you're in a major U.S. city.

Imo, we are being magnified like ants under glass mirror, dehydrated.

The YouTube video looks nothing like the chemtrails they spray here. Even hours after they have sprayed many trails are still well defined although much larger and spread out in size.

I believe the Russians are farther advanced with their weather control systems at the present time as they were running their woodpecker machine early on way back in the 1960'ies, you could tune in to the constant signal on a short wave radio.

Right now i wouldn't be surprised if the Polar Vortex overhead isn't a little payback from Putin and co.

Snow still everywhere and 20 degrees below zero with no let up in sight.
