Haters are gonna hate...

I just had someone tell me that there is no smoking here, even though im out side (college campus) asked him what's the municipalities ordinance on the matter? (not that that matters I'm still gonna do what I want to do) said there is no smoking on campus, "well what does the county say about smoking out side? Their law trumps yours, and my law trumps everyone elses." He just looked at me funny while I smoked, didn't say shit
