The politicization of anarchy is like arguing the merits of installing speed bumps on a bob sled run. Politics is the science of deception. Anarchy is self governance. Combine the two and you have self deception.

As for trans-humanism, I've quit worrying about it. All human systems are machines, anyway. Logic itself is a system. Logical thinking is machine thinking.
The idea that emotion needs to be controlled and subjugated is the prerequisite concept for the opposite of anarchy. Logic dictates that the human animal become a cog in the collective. Resistance is futile. We're not gonna think our way out of this. All we can do is make the machine more complex. And since I cannot bring myself to destroy the world around me, I'm just gonna do nothing. Doing nothing is the most anarchic conceptual weapon I can think of. The trick is to feel good about it.
