new silver rumor i just heard

from my dealer. he heard it from a supplier he says. the russians are scared that the rouble is going to crash and are hoarding silver in anticipation of creating minted silver coinage should this happen. fwiw.

Really though, I do have a little dry powder right now that's burning a hole in my pocket, but as long as silver keeps dropping closer to $19, maybe $18, I'll wait for that.
