Biblically speaking 2/3's did this to themselves. There are three earth ages.
In the first age lucifer revolted and God had to destroy earth as it existed which ushered in this one we are in now to be tested if you are going to follow Lucifer or God.
The third age the earth is rejuvenated back into it original state with some changes.

As of right now we are in the time where God pulls back just before lucifer is booted to earth. lucifer is having his way with earth through the kenites (fake jews). The same fake jews Christ addresses personally by addressing them as synagogues of satan.
Obama is half kenite (Hebrew word describing and he appointed a full blooded female kenite in the supreme Court during his first term as a favor in helping keeping him in office....so yeah lucifer is having his way.

I would argue that all 'systems' of human relationships exist because one group of people wishes to enslave another, much larger group of people. If you agree with that, then the answer to your question is: The absence of a 'system' works best. The closest ideology we have that fits that definition is anarchism. It's a world where everyone owns themselves.
