I would suggest that to understand the income tax you must first comprehend the difference between lawful and legal and constitutional.

Pete did a lot of work, but still ended up serving a prison sentence for tax evasion. You can't volunteer for the income tax (signing a W-2), then file an income tax return stating you're not a federal employee. Why his evidence was thrown out without standing, as it had no merit in the case.

The signing of the W-2 admitting under perjury that you are a federal employee makes you liable.. Which is why there is no law for mandatory signing it, it's voluntary. But you may not get a job as every employer is brainwashed into believing they need to have a signed W-2 on file for every employee.

You don't understand what causes a W2 do you?

A W2 is the result of signing a W4.
A W4 is for participating in Social Security. The W4 gives your authorization to the employer to participate in Social Security to treat your earnings as taxable 3121(a) "wages"...read the small print on the back of the W4 and you'll come across two statutes. These two statutes have one thing in common....and that is "employment".
The W4 also causes not just a W2, it also causes the W3 (transmittal form). This W3 transmittal lists the same "wage" information as the W2, but this form is sent to the Social security Administration...........not to the IRS.
Why to the SSA and not the IRS?
Its sent to the SSA because you are participating in Social Security....just as the W4 indicates in fine print.


And Pete theory is wrong about the federal employee.
He gets this federal employee thingy from reading chapter 24 of subtitle C- "Employment Taxes".
The purpose of chapter 24 is to list what earnings are subject to withholding and deduction.....not about just federal employees.
It just so happens that 3121(a) "wages" and 3121(b) "employment" (chapter 21) make up the majority of chapter 24's 3401(a) "wages".

That guy is a flippen idiot.
Executive orders effect those under Congress's authority....AKA the US citizen.

I have had discussions with this moron on several occasions. He flat out told me theres no difference between "WE the People" and "US citizens" when the courts, state and federal, specifically state the two are not the same. The courts even show how to distinguish and recognize both. Petes head just about explodes when you show him court cases explaining this because it proves hes has no clue what he speaks.
But that flippen idiot will not listen to reason or knowledge....all he wants is his worthless opinionated two cent interpretation to be heard......the guy just wants his ego stroked and thats all.

His wife is in trouble because hes an idiot!
