A California TV crew missing since November 2002, a video they left behind and a mission by U.S. Navy SEALs are the key elements in a story that claims extensive ancient ruins have been found under the ice of Antarctica. That’s according to archaeologist and adventurer Jonathan Gray of World Education Research Ltd in his free newsletter Archaeology News Flash.

A spokesman for the company is reported to have said at the time that “The U.S. government said it will seek to block the airing of a video found by Navy rescuers in Antarctica that purportedly reveals that a massive archaeological dig is underway two miles (3,200 meters) beneath the ice.”

“The AtlantisTV production crew that shot the video is still missing.” reports Gray.

Attorneys for the Beverly Hills-based AtlantisTV stressed at the time that the company’s primary concern was for the safety and welfare of the crew.

But they stated they would vigorously oppose any attempts to censor material that is clearly in the public interest and public domain.

In 1929, a group of historians found an amazing map drawn on a gazelle skin.
Research showed that it was a genuine document drawn in 1513 by Piri Reis, a famous admiral of the Turkish fleet in the sixteenth century.
His passion was cartography. His high rank within the Turkish navy allowed him to have a privileged access to the Imperial Library of Constantinople.

The Controversy The Piri Reis map shows the western coast of Africa, the eastern coast of South America, and the northern coast of Antarctica. The northern coastline of Antarctica is perfectly detailed. The most puzzling however is not so much how Piri Reis managed to draw such an accurate map of the Antarctic region 300 years before it was discovered, but that the map shows the coastline under the ice. Geological evidence confirms that the latest date Queen Maud Land could have been charted in an ice-free state is 4000 BC.







The official science has been saying all along that the ice-cap which covers the Antarctic is million years old.
The Piri Reis map shows that the northern part of that continent has been mapped before the ice did cover it. That should make think it has been mapped million years ago, but that's impossible since mankind did not exist at that time.

Further and more accurate studies have proven that the last period of ice-free condition in the Antarctic ended about 6000 years ago. There are still doubts about the beginning of this ice-free period, which has been put by different researchers everything between year 13000 and 9000 BC.
The question is: Who mapped the Queen Maud Land of Antarctic 6000 years ago? Which unknown civilization had the technology or the need to do that?
It is well-known that the first civilization, according to the traditional history, developed in the mid-east around year 3000 BC, soon to be followed within a millennium by the Indus valley and the Chinese ones. So, accordingly, none of the known civilizations could have done such a job. Who was here 4000 years BC, being able to do things that NOW are possible with the modern technologies?

If your not going to open Google Earth, Put in 66°15'05.22" S 60°53'08.61" W and go look yourself don't complain :) It is at sea level and is in a area that has been free from ice. The pixel to meter ration is amazing on this very hi-res shot. The Pyramids are 25ft and 40ft and the statues are about 15-30ft long. Find each find with the scale on my video Antarctica - Stills video. Sadly people cannot comment without using vile profanity and try argue that a video based on Google Earth could be some how debunked or not debunked. Astronomer Edmund Halley (he of the comet) was fascinated by the earth's magnetic field. He noticed the direction of the field varied slightly over time and his theory was that there existed not one, but several, magnetic fields. In 1692, he put forth the idea of a hollow Earth with inner concentric spheres nested into each other and rotating at different speeds. According to Halley, the spheres were separated by different atmospheres separated these spheres, and each had its own magnetic poles. These inner regions were luminous and probably hosted other civilizations. He speculated that escaping gas caused the Aurora Borealis.

In the eighteen century Leonhard Euler, a Swiss mathematician, replaced the multiple spheres theory with a single hollow sphere which contained a sun 600 miles wide that provided heat and light for an advanced civilization that lived there. The "official version" that nobody believes

Operation Highjump (OpHjp), officially titled The United States Navy Antarctic Developments Program, 1946-47, which can be translated into French by Program U.S. Naval development in Antarctica, 1946-1947, was an American operation organized by Admiral Richard Byrd in Antarctica under the command of Richard Cruzen. She was launched on 26 August 1946 and lasted until 1947. This impressive deployment of troops called in 5000 men, 13 ships and 26 aircraft.

The end of the operation

All events have played a disastrous role, which is why Admiral Richard E. Byrd, the head of the operation, decided to discontinue exploration. Much photographs of this region was worthless, because in this region compasses were useless, which made it impossible to locate pictures. Thus, today, for some reason remained hidden by Washington, this region remains the most "unknown" in the world: only the coast is clearly delineated on the maps, the interior remains unexplored.


The writings of Admiral Richard Byrd contribute to renew the famous theory of the Hollow Earth. so developed by researchers Nazis.

Byrd talks about underground ... under the ice of Antarctica.

March 5, 1947, Admiral Byrd said in a press conference this openly, speaking of aviators observation missions:

"... The greatest threat comes from the South Pole, because they (the pilots) were observed flying machines can reach breakneck speeds!"



The Admiral will be forced to retire shortly after this exposé.Un Officer Communications army announce that the admiral was overworked and needed repos. On publicly deny everything!

According to information from the press conference by Admiral Byrd November 12 announcing Operation Highjump, The Navy categorically denies reports that the trip is primarily a stage in the race for uranium. 'During the first discussion of this expedition, the uranium was not even mentioned. That it is a race for uranium for nuclear energy is not correct, 'said Admiral Byrd. However, the basic goals are not diplomatic, scientific or economic - they are military. Operation Highjump is, and remains to this day, the largest Antarctic expedition ever organized.

Not sure about the rate, the mechanics appear though.

Much like a spiraling ice skater, she expands at the poles first creating an hole in the ozone layer then transfers down to thru her equator.
