I doubt this too, but BO is so over the top, in our faces, it could be true.

He is saying that we no longer are "We The People" and that he is now a dictator telling us what is better for everyone, if there is no revolution we will then be prisoners.

My first guess is that the video is taken out of context. It abruptly starts and cuts off, which leads me to believe we didn't see the whole statement.

As I thought, that video was edited to purposefully take him out of context. Here's the transcript of the speech:

Here's the part the OP video edited:
And those ideas eventually inspired a band of colonialists across an ocean, and they wrote them into the founding documents that still guide America today, including the simple truth that all men -- and women -- are created equal. But those ideals have also been tested -- here in Europe and around the world. Those ideals have often been threatened by an older, more traditional view of power. This alternative vision argues that ordinary men and women are too small-minded to govern their own affairs, that order and progress can only come when individuals surrender their rights to an all-powerful sovereign. Often, this alternative vision roots itself in the notion that by virtue of race or faith or ethnicity, some are inherently superior to others, and that individual identity must be defined by “us” versus “them,” or that national greatness must flow not by what a people stand for, but by what they are against.
Look, I don't like Obama either, but faking videos like this doesn't exactly help convince people.

There's enough (lack of) substance regarding Barry that faking something actually actually takes away from the veracity of the rock solid facts. imo

Excellent find, Midnight Rambler.
I have discovered several really really big out-of-context quotes in the last few days. It might be kinda cool if we had a special thread devoted to examples of those.
The bible is a favorite source of out-of-context quotes. Here is one.
Revelation 16:16 - And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
but notice the verses right before that...
14 For they are the spirits of devils working signs, and they go forth unto the kings of the whole earth, to gather them to battle against the great day of the Almighty God.
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16 And he shall gather them together into a place, which in Hebrew is called Armagedon.
_____________
Now all this talk about the Battle of Armageddon is false.
It is only mentioned one time in the bible and it is figurative language .
Yes, there will be a great conflagration or fire and it will happen on "the great day of the Almighty God" which is another term to describe "the last day."
Now, what this verse
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
means is that we had better have our soul right with God and be ready for that last day which could come at any time and we should make sure we are not in serious sin because our final judgment is about to happen and there won't be anymore chances.
There will be new heavens and a new earth but this earth will be destroyed by fire and will be re-established in eternity. Christ will remove his Church, that is, those who are members of His mystical body, His Church, before he destroys the earth. But Christians probably will experience great persecution in this world before the Last Day. We won't be "raptured out of all the big trouble."
World War III may be the final conflagration or the end may happen later than that, but there is not going to be a "Battle of Armageddon." That's Hal Lindsey stuff.
