Pretty amazing what the people of Cuba were able to do with some of this stuff. I see anarchy at work! :)

excellent video... when cartels leave humans behind, the latter become more inventive and challenge possibilities.

I have never doubted this, but it does good to see it confirmed the real life.

EDIT
without cartels, our civilization would be at least 500 years ahead...

I did see many things that were made in Cuba and nowhere else in the world.....when I went in 96 I made an antenna out of an old umbrella, this I learned in the us army as a radio operator.............like I said before, WTSHTF it will be ten times worse here in the US than what it is even now in Cuba........buy all the junk that you can today because treasures they will be tomorrow. Even if an old fan in the trash can doesn't work it still has the switch, cord, plug, screws, fan cage and other thing that you can use for something else.

Anarchy?
Where?
I see a depressed country under a dictator ruling over them all!

Sorry, but by your very own standards there is no anarchy there....innovation yes....anarchy no.
Anarchy means no government unless you are going to change what you perceive as the definition of anarchy to suit you on the fly.

Heck growing up in Iowa during the 70's and 80's we reused what we could....we made antenna's and fixed farm machinery that was made in the 30's and 40's will bail wire....I see no difference in Cuba to when I grew up.
Nice apartment with guy is filming in....beat the farm house I grew up on where the basement was lime walls with a dirt floor and would literally fill up with 4 foot of water every spring.
We put bails of straw around the house in the winter to help keep the pipes from freezing in the dirt basement and burnt wood as the main source of heat and slept in the kitchen where the wood stove was....everything else except for the bathroom was closed off with plastic and old blankets to keep the heat centered in the kitchen.
In 1987 I remember waking up with 2 inches of snow drift next to my bed that was about 4inches long and 3 inches wide as the old windows in the house were drafty...thank god for heated water beds back then.
And you know....I'd do it all over again knowing what I know today...it was the best times in my life.
We canned everything from three gardens a shit load of fruit trees and shrubs and butchered our own meat.

How would you describe every single aspect of your life that the 'Government' does not have any power over you? By definition, if there is an area where there are 'no rulers' this area is under Anarchy, and you live most of your life in this area.

Heck growing up in Iowa during the 70's and 80's we reused what we could....we made antenna's and fixed farm machinery that was made in the 30's and 40's will bail wire....I see no difference in Cuba to when I grew up.

Was there a 'Law' that said you had to do this? Was there a 'Law' that forbid you to do this? No? Then you were acting under your own free will and conscience = Anarchy. (No Rulers)

Everything you listed here are things that all respoinsible people should do, and i commend you for them. BUT, was there any 'Laws' FORCING you to do these things? How did you figure out they needed to be done? I bet you used your own judgment, and not the scribbles of 'Politicians'.

You Anarchist!
