They had a lot to say.

I wonder what they were talking about?

"Wish those dumb two-leggers would leave beer on the road too."

They are too smart for that.

Around here empties litter the rural gravel roads, rednecks driving home outside of copland while having a few on the trip, like real men with freedom.

Crows are fascinating, they are as said smarter than hell compared to other birds.

Shoot one in an area and Poof! they will bogy and not come back. I swear they can identify faces, guns.

Had a post here about gal that shacked with me from work, with kids, years ago that one shit on her head during lunch break under a huge old oak tree.

What I did not say at the time, she hated crows, and went out of her way to throw rocks and sticks at them when out at the tables under the trees.

They got her!

I wanted to laugh my ass of at the time, but knew better at the time!

Crows are very smart and have very good memory's!

And methinks a healthy vindictive streak!

Did you ask?

Job 12:7 But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee:

Hah, a lot of good that would have done.

We are all going down.

Last summer our no-good-cat attacked a blackbird, tore a few feathers off. It went up on the roof of our outhouse and sat there and crowed for a minute or so, and pretty soon, there were 20 or so of its mates, sitting and crowing on the trees and roofs looking at the cat. I took the cat inside before they decided to tear it to shreds, which I gathered was their plan.

I would say they are intelligent, and they have an intricate language, communication system, and yes vengeful!

Sounds like they were fixing to mob your cat!

The cat would not stood a chance if they did.

Kudos to you protecting your pet!

No not a chance. Anyway the cat is an absolute bastard. If there is a dog walking by our house and he is out, he runs out to attack it. Streetcat from Istanbul who adopted my daughter. Now he lives the life of his life in Sweden...

It's good to eat crow every now and again.

Want to do long term odds?

Kudos for you to relocate the cat to cat heaven compared to the probably hell hole he was brought up in. Cat like that is stret smart, would not survived if not.

Bet he is smart and hides when the crows come, but the wager is if he does not and stands his ground or covers himself.

One buck.

Low level , wager.

Edit:

But seeing you are there and no non biased judges handy and I am here that can not witness the event.

Bad bet to make so I withdraw!

Grin!

;)

And your daughter will probably keep it after that too. :D Cats and girls, ?

For some there is an immediate bond for life, girl chooses cat or the other way around, but in reality the cat choose the girl.

Cats do the same with boys/men but not to the degree with girls/women.

Maybe because they are kindred souls ?
