They aren't going into Mexico at all. The speaker called it a "Ride On The Border". It's just a public awareness stunt to try to gather supporters for the marine that's locked up in prison down there.
It's not like a gang of bikers going down into Mexico Danny Trujillo stye to break the guy out.
