Remember the Cops Who Blew Up a Baby Looking for Drugs? They Need Your Support

June 16, 2014

A rather disheartening facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/isupportjoeyterrell) has popped up in the last couple of weeks coming out of Habersham County.
Habersham County happens to be the place where a SWAT team raided a house in the middle of the night, looking for a man who’d sold $50 worth of meth.

During the raid an overzealous SWAT member threw a flashbang into the crib of Baby Bou. (http://thefreethoughtproject.com/baby-critically-burned-swat-raid-stun-grenade-thrown-crib/)
Baby Bou is still in the hospital in critical condition and the sheriff’s department is not only defending their actions, (http://thefreethoughtproject.com/police-defend-raid-tactics-50-drug-sale-horribly-maimed-baby/) but now they asking for the support of people in the county!
They are actually holding a rally to allow community members to “show their support.”

They are quickly and diligently deleting all negative feedback, but we are encouraging our readers to PEACEFULLY express their discontent with the department.

Or satirically, as seen in this screen cap below.

You can do so here.

UPDATE: Since this story was published the support page has received so much negative feedback that it has been pulled. For all those who voiced their opinion to the Habersham County Sheriff, kudos!

They will not soon forget the hundreds of comments and posts on that page.
