I think everybody should have few bottles in the Warchest while the lights are still on and the FDA is still playing nice and this stuff can be bought for a pittance

You can get Amygdalin from more than apricots and apples.

Look for Pit Stone Fruits or Drupes as they are less commonly known as. Also make sure they are Organic; otherwise, you are risking poisoning yourself since the seeds to tend to absorb a lot of the pesticides from what I've read.

Pit Stone Fruits include apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, and cherries.

You will find VERY HARD shells on these pits, and it will require a very strong nutcracker to break open.

I recommend also investing in a good press type nutcracker.

I've been able to crack open everything from peach pits to cherry pits with this.

Don't freeze your your pit kernels once you've cracked them. Store them under refrigeration for up to a year.
