It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB ***(verify from a consultant)***, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

interesting, I know someone from Asia and they drink either tea, green or hot/warm water. I figured it was something they did growing up because of the local water quality but maybe there are multiple reasons and benefits for doing so.

It makes sense in terms of cold water solidifying the fats and changing the way in which digestion occurs. So water is a cleanser/detoxer as well... of course it is.

180 days is a long time to cure cancer though. If its late stage cancer you might not have enough time for this treatment alone.

I do this everyday. The difference is that I squeeze a lemon into the water. Maybe I'll add a spash of ACV. Today I shook some baking soda into the water. I also drink quite a bit of water in the shower. Flouride and chlorine free of course.

I do it every day. Drink a glass of water as I wake up. Sometimes squeeze a lemon, like milehi, sometimes add some acidic berries.

The reaction is very simple, actually. That glass of water creates bowel movement, which will usually cause you to take a bath break within next 30 minutes. That will eliminate waste accumulated in your stomach that may have caused the above symptoms. Basically, cheapest way of natural detox.

I bet our doctor mambony can concur this.

No it doesn't.

It should be clean water, not very cold (no ice) and not too hot. Tried various combinations on myself.

Also, coffee is extremely acidic and has caffeine (+addiction), I think your stomach will react completely different (actually opposite) to these, it creates acid reflux, it is diuretic (not sure spelling - flushes fluid from the body instead of filling it like glass of water), and laxative blocking effects (i.e. acts in the opposite way you want it to act in the morning, blocking waste in your intestine). It also restricts minerals absorption, elevates stress hormone level, can cause ulcers and all sorts of other problems.

If I were drinking coffee like that, I'd drink it 30 minutes after first glass of water, but best advice is to either quit or try to limit to 1 cup.

What about distilled water? I know it leeches minerals but that shouldn't be an issue if you have a healthy diet.
