2WD, only 110 pounds, 37 MPH top speed, and it can ride up stairs, over mud, sand, and rocks with ease. Oh, and it can collapse into a small case at the end of the day.

It's two wheel drive, 2x2...both wheels are driven. I don't see any chain at all, let alone a chain to the front wheel.
edit: I see both chains and sprockets now. Thanks. Mystery solved.

I would think most abandoned vehicles would be in that situation due to them running out of fuel.
