H.R. 2847 also known as HIRE (the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act) was a law passed in March 2010 which will go into effect on July 1. The bill seeks to provide payroll tax breaks and incentives for businesses to hire unemployed workers.

However, “the worry” is the FATCA piece of that bill. FATCA deals with U.S. taxpayers that hold foreign accounts overseas. It requires them to report their foreign accounts and offshore assets to the government and foreign financial institutions (banks, stock brokers, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, trusts, etc.) are also required to report information about the ownership of overseas assets.

I think those required to report will probably have a computer crash and lose the information.
Since there doesn't seem to be penalties any more, just like the IRS.
I also think those reporting will have a reasonable amount of time to notify the IRS of the computer crash...about a year, just like the IRS did for Lois lerner.

My computer might crash next year around tax season too...

Thanks EE, now is the time for those who want to remain "safe" to leave their home and head for their second location where they...feel...that they will be safe. What will happen will happen (probably) this winter, check to see if the power to be are getting ready for it by collecting and holding winter equipment. The power to be will be at strategic locations where they know that the sheep will have to go in order to eat and keep warm...if you think that you will be "active" during this down time then get ready by having food, water, medical, weapons and winter equipment at strategic locations.

The problem in the US is that if you don't think like the rest of the nation (let's say 89%?) you are then crazy, but what the other 11% knows is that those 89's have been brainwashed into believing the lies put out by those who want's control of the nation.......I might be "crazy", sure, but crazy like a fox........does it means that I am smart?......NO it simply means that I go beyond the written words and try to find out WHY those words were written and in most cases I find out that every single reporter is "reporting" the same thing in the same words.

Don't be distracted by the US news and read other news from around the world.
