According to reports, President Obama is already weighing whether or not he can swing the executive hammer and take unilateral action regarding the Supreme Court ruling against the contraception mandate in Obamacare.

The Hill (http://thehill.com/business-a-lobbying/211022-obama-weighs-executive-hammer) reports that on Monday, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters that “As we assess the impact of this decision, we’ll consider whether or not there is a range of other options that may be available that don’t require legislative action.”

This comes after the White House called on Congress for a legislative fix, but realized that it’s highly unlikely they’ll move on the issue.

Democrats have already come out and voiced their opposition to the ruling, which they believe will help them boost voter turnout in November if they frame it as a part of the GOP’s attack on abortion rights. Their support makes it even more likely that Obama will once again ignore the law and act unilaterally.

According to the Hill:

“In a 5-4 decision in the case generally known as Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby, the court ruled that closely held companies — those that are owned and controlled by a very small number of people — are covered by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), which guarantees that, ‘government shall not substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion.’”

Apparently Obama still hasn’t figured out that he’s not a dictator or that when the Supreme Court rules on something it’s regarded as the final say.

Yes he is. He can do whatever he wants and Americans won't fight back since they are so afraid of being "racists".

when the Supreme Court rules on something it’s regarded as the final say.

Their opinion appears to be binding on lesser courts but certainly these opinions are not binding on superior courts.

This would be a contraversial move. I guarantee he does it and gets away with it before moving onto the next brazen move. Maybe an executive order declaring the 65,000 illegal children coming through the borders are automatically citizens?
