I'm leaving this winter for the Andes. More than likely will end up in Ecuador but am open to the possibility of anywhere from Columbia to Chile. Almost made to move to Palawan ISland but the climate just isnt right for what I am looking for. Tropical with moderate temps and the Andes seem to fit the bill. Also very affordable for the most part.

Is there a welcome thread somewhere? I should really go post there instead of clogging up another thread . Apologies to the OP.
