BREAKING: Israeli Special Forces Strike Huge Victory Against Terrorists
One would think that after getting smashed regularly by Israeli forces (http://conservativetribune.com/israel-mobilizes-40000-troops/), the Hamas terrorist organization (http://conservativetribune.com/obama-funding-terrorists/) would do the smart thing and admit defeat.
Then again, terrorists aren’t known for their keen sense of intelligence.
Israel continues to push forward with “Operation Protective Edge (http://conservativetribune.com/israeli-military-launches-operation/),” a military op designed to eliminate the threat Hamas poses to the Israeli people (http://conservativetribune.com/israel-will-not-apologize/) and secure their safety (http://conservativetribune.com/israel-any-means-necessary/).
Hamas has acquired rockets (http://conservativetribune.com/hamas-rockets-nuclear-reactor/) with a 50 mile range, and they used those missiles during a bombing of Tel Aviv, once again proving to be a big mistake for the Palestinian terrorist organization.
Israel responded to this attack (http://conservativetribune.com/israel-will-destroy-terrorists/) the same way they always have, which is with swift, decisive action. The Israeli government deployed Navy special forces troops into Gaza (http://conservativetribune.com/israel-scorch-gaza/) to take out a facility that houses Hamas rockets.
via Breitbart (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Peace/2014/07/13/Israel-Conducts-Special-Ops-Mission-Into-Gaza-As-Tel-Aviv-Sustains-Major-Rocket-Barrage):
Israeli Navy special operations troops went into Gaza for the first time during Operation Protective Edge, raiding a facility responsible for storing Hamas’s more sophisticated long-range rockets. The operation was In response to a heavy rocket barrage that occurred over Tel Aviv on Saturday night at 9pm local time.
The IDF said of the raid, “the facility was hit and damaged.” Four IDF soldiers sustained injuries in the operation. According to the IDF, “The mission was accomplished.”
Hamas warned on Palestinian television around 8pm Saturday that they intended to attack the city of Tel Aviv at 9pm. At approximately 9:07, they terrorist jihadis fired what they said were long-range J-80 rockets at Tel Aviv. Hamas claimed the J-80 was a “new kind of rocket” that had a range of 50 miles. Hamas unsuccessfully tried to overwhelm the Iron Dome short-range missile defense system, as their 7 or so rockets fired at Tel Aviv all at the same time were successfully intercepted by the Iron Dome battery.
Early Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised to “continue operating in Gaza forcefully in order to restore quiet.” He continued, “ We don’t know when the operation will end; it might take a long time.”
This is good news. Israel (http://conservativetribune.com/israel-will-not-apologize/) is a nation that is defending it’s right to exist, which is a cause that any country or people group can get behind, especially the U.S.
The Israeli military (http://conservativetribune.com/israel-prepares-assault/) knows their job well, and they continue to prove they have the skills and abilities to wipe out this threat to their country, and in the process do the world a favor by destroying a dangerous terrorist organization.
Hopefully, Obama will take action to cut funding to Hamas (http://conservativetribune.com/obama-keeps-funding-terrorists/) and provide full support to Israel to help aid them in their own “war on terror,” which will no doubt end with them being victorious.
