Last time I went, two weeks ago, there were only two people but last night around 16......I raise my hand to talk to them and this is what happened......."My name is so and so and I live at so and so, I already know that you could care less but I wanted to make you aware of the following....last year,2013, more people moved into the state of Oregon than to any other state in the US and with most of them being illegals, now with the help of Pres (upssssssss sorry) with the help of Obama we will be getting a lot more, most of them are going to the big cities and to the agriculture areas but sooner or later they will be moving into our one mule of a town. I suggest that you should start making plans as to what to do about this unwanted invasion, start making plans to kick them out of here and build a holding tank where we can put the criminal into till they can be moved to the big town...the future of our town depends on what you do today in order to be ready tomorrow, wait for tomorrow and it will then be to late...thank you"
As usual I walk out right out without waiting for anything.....but.....the towns newspaper rep was present, lets see what happens next.

There are no people in the state of Oregon. Never have been any.
That is to say ... there are only corporate franchises in any corporate state.

None of this makes any sense. You define words so differently than everyone else it becomes impossible to decipher.

Actually Palani is correct...I didnt think many here understands it....hence why you are lost, dazed and confused, except for a few who care to listen.
Mad...I just showed you in another thread the difference between "The People" and the "US citizen"...and you still dont get it.
I'll do this again........
1. The People.
2. The government
3. US citizens
Thats the pecking order.
"The People" are private.
The government is corporate.
"US citizens" are the corporate subjects.
And these foreigners have every right to be here....just like you have........and Ponce they are NOT illegal...they are undocumented.
This "illegal alien" is derived from undocumented foreigners who are illegally using the system to gain welfare of social security....AKA...dont have a ssn.

Hahahahahahah trump.......you should work for the "new" government......"they are undocumented?".........and what do you call a bank robber? "A person in need of money?".........don't have a ssn?, in other words "A non tax payer"....................next thing that I know would be talking in favor of the Zionists killing the Pals...... "The Zionists are only defending themselves" hahahahahahaha.
You guys must belong to the NEW AMERICA.

It's about definition and where the definition is derived.
From Webster's 1828
People (http://webstersdictionary1828.com/Home?word=People)
PEOPLE, noun [Latin populus.]
1. The body of persons who compose a community, town, city or nation. We say, the people of a town; the people of London or Paris; the English people In this sense, the word is not used in the plural, but it comprehends all classes of inhabitants, considered as a collective body, or any portion of the inhabitants of a city or country.
2. The vulgar; the mass of illiterate persons.
The knowing artist may judge better than the people
3. The commonalty, as distinct from men of rank.
Myself shall mount the rostrum in his favor,
And strive to gain his pardon from the people
4. Persons of a particular class; a part of a nation or community; as country people
5. Persons in general; any persons indefinitely; like on in French, and man in Saxon.
PEOPLE were tempted to lend by great premiums and large interest.
6. A collection or community of animals.
The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer. Proverbs 30:25 (http://webstersdictionary1828.com/#).
7. When people signified a separate nation or tribe, it has the plural number.
Thou must prophesy again before many peoples. Revelation 10:11 (http://webstersdictionary1828.com/#).
8. In Scripture, fathers or kindred. Genesis 25:8 (http://webstersdictionary1828.com/#).
9. The Gentiles.
--To him shall the gathering of the people be. Genesis 49:10 (http://webstersdictionary1828.com/#).
PEOPLE, verb transitive To stock with inhabitants. Emigrants from Europe have peopled the United States.

It's about definition and where the definition is derived.
A little more to it than that. A county is an administrative subdivision of a state. Each county was created by legislature at some discrete and distinct point in time. Prior to that time that particular county was non-existent. The legislatures have no power to create containers for people and there are no people in any county. If in doubt go back and find the act that created the county and check how many people it includes. You might also do some research into Michigan law which is where I found case law that states that the body politic of a county includes villages, cities and townships.
Acknowledging that you have property in one of these villages, cities or townships probably means that your property has been pledged to the support of the state. That is why I distrust land patents. The description of most land parcels begins with a township and a range.
From Webster's 1828
PEOPLE, noun [Latin populus.]
The body of persons ...
Persons have no body. A person is a construct. It is an imaginary creation. You bring a person into being by your actions, your words or having a representative. So saith Hobbes in ch XVI of Leviathan. Once this concept of a person was created legislatures have been dancing around with various definitions that are mostly circular or so full of nonsense as to be useless.
Ponce created a person by standing in front of a crowd uttering various words. Personage is the mechanism by which you are charged. Don't say anything. Don't do anything. Don't accept any representation and you will find you are charged with far fewer crimes.

I think you had a problem with mexicans coming to your area at least ten years ago Ponce. When I was driving truck over the road I delivered a load of plumbing supplies to your town. I then went and picked up a load of taters near Medford. It was all mexicans working cleaning and boxing the taters. The farmer they were working for was white and as I recall he spoke to them in spanish probably because they didn't speak much english.
Seemed like all the factories and warehouses in the southwest for the most part had mexicans doing the labor when I was trucking and seeing the country. I don't think there's any stopping them.

Palani, as a Land Patent holder I am not just a "person" I am much more than that, as a matter of fact I am one of the few who can legally vote in a council meeting but no one has said anything about this and is not my worthwhile to get into it with them, but they know that I take notes of everything that they are doing........the BIG aye in the sky is keeping an eye on them.
There is a lot more that I can do but.........why stir the mud?

I took "body" as meaning a collection of persons. Multiple persons.

Most declarations create a person. Claiming a piece of paper (land patent) is such a declaration.

I took "body" as meaning a collection of persons. Multiple persons.
"The body of persons who compose a community, town, city or nation"
Towns and cities are municipalities. In law a municipality is
MUNICIPALITY. The body of officers, taken collectively, belonging to a city, who are appointed to manage its affairs and defend its interests.
So you see the body of persons who compose a city or town are the mayor, chief of police, treasurer, etc. It is not everyone who lives within the territory claimed by that city or town.
A community is
COMMUNITY. This word has several meanings; when used in common parlance it signifies the body of the people.
2. In the civil law, by community is understood corporations, or bodies politic.
A Nation:
NATIONS. Nations or states are independent bodies politic; societies of men united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by the joint efforts of their combined strength.
2. But every combination of men who govern themselves, independently of all others, will not be considered a nation; a body of pirates, for example, who govern themselves, are not a nation. To constitute a nation another ingredient is required. The body thus formed must respect other nations in general, and each of their members in particular. Such a society has her affairs and her interests; she deliberates and takes resolutions in common; thus becoming a moral person who possesses an understanding and will peculiar to herself, and is susceptible of obligations and rights.
Note how a nation is considered a person?

When you say there are no people in Oregon, that's where you lose 99% of us because you define people in a way that doesn't have any application to the topic at hand. Ponce was talking about his council meeting, and suddenly you say that because there's no people in Oregon, no problem. WTF?

Just to refresh your recollection here is a portion of Ponces' post:
last year,2013, more people moved into the state of Oregon than to any other state in the US and with most of them being illegals
you define people in a way that doesn't have any application to the topic at hand.
I never defined people. I just stated that there were none in Oregon (or any other state for that matter).
When you accept corporate citizenship you gain civil rights but lose natural rights. I would contend people have natural rights while persons have none.

And this topic is not about the legal definitions of "person" versus "people", so you bringing this up just mucks up the thread. When Ponce says people he's referring to living, breathing, human beings, not some legal definition out of some book from the 1800's.
