I would like to reword the title of EE's OP (the title of the vid).

US is using it's patsy Ukraine government to invade Russia and decimate what military capability the Ukraine government may possess.
Ukraine fighting Russia and winning is a laughable idea.

Plus I do not trust anything translated in any videos. A transcript is just as bad. The only thing is to know someone with the spoken language that you TRUST to tell you WTF he is saying.

Ukraine fighting Russia and winning is a laughable idea.

A more apt title would be the U.S. is making appear enough a battle so that Russia can re-magnatize Ukraine to Moscow.

Without Poland and Germany becoming to concerned.
