Yes i understand he believes this. But it is provably false. If a group of men come together and ONLY delegate Rights they have as individuals, they are not 'Government', they are a group of individuals voluntarily interacting. If a group of men come together and delegate Rights they do not have as individuals, they are not 'Government', they are a group of criminals who have convinced the masses they are legitimate.

There is no such thing as 'Government', and never has been. You cannot name a single 'Government' in the history of time that did not violate the NAP. ALL 'Governments' are funded tthrough FORCED taxation, which is a direct violation of the NAP.
