Pine Bluff Ark, close to 80% or so, most whites live out in the county.

Many small community's in the Mississippi delta 100% black.

Several outlying community's here are 100% black.

Bunch of old time landowner family's here going back to the 1800's here are black!

Get out of the towns/citys here and most of the land is owned by blacks that have held the land way over 100 years. Bunch of slaves here when freed bought their land when freed and the family's still hold.

Most of the land in this area now today is old oilfield leases that has played out, back in the day speculators screwed the black landowners buying and selling mineral rights.

I know the family that originally sold the land my house sits on, it was in their family from the 1850's , our high school sits upon where old open oil tank/pits used to be. Back in the boom days, so much oil was produced, steel tanks could not hold it all.
