one of these things is not like the other. Right hand guy.. to us. Left in photo is a) not one of them and b) probably not a shooter. He presents as if he shoulders right yet his knee pad is also on his right knee. So when he kneels to fire he is wrong handed or legged.
I got that completely back to front. You would pad the right knee to shoulder right. He still not like the other two in appearance and is probably the only shooter because the other guys are padded on the wrong knee. Ok I covered both bases now.
now I'm looking at middle guy.

now I'm looking at middle guy.
Middle guy also gets the Tapco rigged AK.
Guy on the right looks like he should be on a bass boat around lake of the ozarks, redneck.

there's a white/western woman in heels in the back ground near left guy (to us)
maybe not heels but they are western womens shoes
Answer: a lot.
I think the middle guy is left handed but is presenting same for uniform. Can anyone tell what hand middle guy is from his rig? 1st guy does index properly even though I don't think he's a shooter. who knows.

There are so many things going on there, where do you start?
What first got my attention is that the middle guy is holding a gun which is so tacticooled out as to be impractical. He strikes me as a poser, which I'll get to. His rifle looks more like an airsoft rig some kid would have. If all that was real it would be so heavy it would handle very poorly. There's a variable power scope with rails on it and in front of the scope appears to be an EOTech knock-off(?). WTF?? ??? The EOTech knock-off is mounted on the gas tube, the worst possible place to place a sight since the gas tube as a mount won't hold zero plus it will heat up the optic. Viewing through those two optics would present two different reticles, how does that work? Then on top of the scope appears to be some red dot sight, but not anything I'm familiar with. And the red dot sight is WAY up high, it cannot be used while shouldering the rifle. And what in the world are those rail covers doing on the dust cover aft of the ejection port?? There's a flashlight on the handguard, why? And the flashlight doesn't appear to be wired with a pressure switch, the flashlight is on the wrong side to be activated with the offhand thumb (even if left-handed, the flashlight is too high to be activated with a thumb). It's daytime so why the need for the flashlight, which brings up to the PVS-14 night vision (replica?) on his helmet WHILE THE SUN IS OUT. How funny. The other two have the NVD mounts over their googles, the kid in the middle doesn't appear to need googles since he has his PVS-14. lol Check his very causal hold of the rifle and compare it to the other two guys. The uniforms on the other two guys appear like either could be Iraqi military in BDU shirts with patches while the kid is wearing a tee shirt with what appears to be the tee shirt maker's logo on the left sleeve. And the SWAT caps - why the need for baseball caps which two are prominently displaying. Like they're going to take off their headgear, place their headgear somewhere off to the side and walk around wearing baseball caps?? Plus the two on the left have tactical vests which say SWAT on top - why the need for that? SWAT in English in Iraq?? ??? The selectors being off safe was brought up. The kid in the middle is attempting his best '1,000 yard stare' off into the distance. Also, sling length on rifle of guy in left in photo appears to be too short to shoulder the rifle.
The ridiculous tacticool rifle got my attention then it dawned on me this was a posed/staged photo and these are not hardened combat troops, the one in the middle is definitely a poser with what appears to be an airsoft setup.

The guy in the middle is obviously the lead point man, and reason why Iraq remains unsecure.
