Hydrofluoric or Nitric acid should do the trick!
Both are bad ass!

Ukraine President Dissolves Parliament, Announces It On Twitter (http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-08-25/ukraine-president-dissolves-parliament-announces-it-twitter)

Today, we hear perhaps even more important news - that Ukraine President Poroshenko has dissolved parliament. This was not entirely surprising news given recent political breakdowns but his chosen medium to disseminate this crucial (and potentiall detsabilizing) news... his Twitter account.

France has a huge trade deficit with Germany to sustain it's trade surplus.
The EU is going to implode to oblivion ultimately.
Ukraine is already in the process of imploding to oblivion.
All effects from the collapse of the 1944 Bretton woods global trade system that reached maximum potential in 2008...
when the USA reached maximum potential inflation...
"A liquidity trap is a situation, described in Keynesian economics, in which injections of cash into the private banking system by a central bank fail to decrease interest rates and hence make monetary policy ineffective."
Yield rates have been imploding down towards absolute 0 in the USA and world for 33 years now.
When the demand for bonds is greater than the supply...The price of bonds rises and the yield of them drops.
Injections of "cash" by central banks?
lolololololololololol
Yield rates have been imploding down to absolute 0 for the past 33 years into a liquidity trap because the net consumers of yield...have been imploding the net producers of yield towards absolute 0 to power the explosion of the net consumers of yield up to absolute 1.
The unproductive people that are trying to escape working for a living have been investing into living off the productive people that are not trying to escape working for a living.
when the master invests 1 dollar into a slave and demands 1.05 dollars back...and the slave can only produce 1.04 dollars.
The yield rates have to drop.
in the USA currently and all the so called first world or rich economic zones....20% of the population is composed of net producing lower class slaves.
The other 80% is composed of net consuming upper class masters and their middle class servants...
It's basically game over.
As the system breaks down the population will be woken up from the daydream of fantasy and scream to be put back to sleep...the system will then begin killing them back to sleep...until the system completely breaks down...and then the population will die off in mass numbers due to exposure to the nightmare of reality.
The gradual inflation/explosion of the liberal democracy up to absolute 1 point followed by the violent deflation/implosion down into the conservative dictatorship or absolute 0 point.
The responsible creation absolute destruction cycle...
The USA is the power supply to the Bretton woods global trade system...the beating heart...and like hypothermia...the cold of deflation is clawing it's way from the extremities to the core...eating life liberty and happiness to power death tyranny and misery.
Until it comes home to roost.
There is no stopping the bust of the roaring 6 decades boom...all that has been done since 2008 is to slow it down...2009 to 2013 was a bounce that basically began to collapse back down leading into 2014.

its to wet right now
Used to haul and bale hay when a kid for spending money, back in the square bale days here.
One guy got in a hurry and baled some before it was completely dry and we stacked it in his barn.
Poof!
Barn burnt down!
Round ones also do it as you know, have a couple of pasture fires here every year because of wet bales.
Just posted this tidbit, for the ones that do not have a clue about one of the reasons why you do not bale wet hay.

All this means is they get a [likely] new prime minister, and a minimal shift in power from one set of coalitions to another.

France has always been a hoot on a historical level!
What do you call a person/country that does the same things over and over and expect different results?
Nuts!
Even if most of them really know how to enjoy life!
