For those capable ... read and understand ... man or woman who are capable of bleeding have no place in court. Only legal fictions need present themselves and those by representation.

I hope that bit about NO legal rights doesn't turn anyone off. It simply means no POLITICAL society is going to recognize any of your rights (aka they are at war with you). It doesn't mean you have now LAWFUL rights though as natural law assigns you more than adequate rights to compensate for loss of legal rights.

Odd that a slave is a status that makes one a member of a political society but one that has the rights of a rock or a bookend.

A little interpretation ... neither Democrats nor Republicans are independent of political duty and no member of either party nor the party itself ... has any element of sovereignty.

Our warrior of the previous example might have the concept of demanding JUSTICE but if that is all the guidance he is given then he is probably in deep doo doo. Without knowing the elements of a contract he loses the ability others have to seek remedy at LAW. All he is able to do is run bleating like a sheep to a court of EQUITY.
