Hard to go wrong with cast iron, just be careful when cooking high acid foods , such as tomato's and such.


Very good price, should last a lifetime.

I'm bumping this bitch because I used it to night for some Szechuan beef.

I've done everything perfectly but if you use the top, it ends up like soup because it contains everything. I'm going to blast this bastard for the next ten minutes on high to see what happens.

This is really bad ass because you can't fuck up.

Love cast iron cause it takes a person back to the basics like a camp fire.


Id like to know how it compares to the thing in cebus thread on myplate .gov.............which has .gov incorporated into the cooking schedule........
