The Washington installed puppet government in Ukraine is in an impossible situation. The people in the east don't want any part of it, and with laws like these, it is likely that all the people will eventually want to have no part of it. Putin sees that clearly, and his strategy is to just leave the Ukraine government alone to destroy itself. Of course, he won't help them out of their troubles, and will be sure to support the people when they ALL become separatists, and he won't do anything to prevent pro Russian contract fighters and volunteers from helping the seperatists. I would give the current Ukraine government less than a year before it is replaced by something more palatable for the people in that country. The US however can keep the conflict going indefinitely--or until the US collapses--something which is getting closer each day now.
