How does the FED buy the bonds?

The bonds issued from the Treasury are used as assets or collateral backing the request by the Federal government for a loan of credit which is the liability.

The Treasury supplies the FED with 112 Billion dollars of bonds and the FED supplies the Treasury with 112 Billion dollars of credit.

Inflating the money supply.

The primary dealers buy the bonds from the FED with the yield or profit they extract from all of you...in the form of US dollars.

You can not use anything except US dollars to by US treasuries...If you have Canadian dollars or Japanese YEN and you want US treasuries.

You have to use your non American credit to buy American credit to then buy US treasuries.

The primary dealers operate under the 1944 Bretton woods global trade agreement...which made the US dollar or credit instrument the global trade medium of exchange and all the rest of the credit instruments of the world were fixed to it...making all the rest of the credit instruments of the world a derivative of the US credit instrument.

Making the US dollar the one ring that rules them all.

In the USA the prime rate is 3.25%

The primary dealers inflate their balance sheets...every commercial bank that has existed for the past 600 years does this.

The mortgage is the asset or collateral backing the request by you for a loan of credit out of thin air.

For most yes but not for me personally. I'm one of the people who produce more than I consume. well almost anyway. another year or so and I should be at close to 100 % food self sufficientcy. However, I live in a 20 acre forest. My forest sucks up approximately 900,000 lbs of carbon annually and stores that for as long as the forest will remain. As the forest gets older that number will increase to about 1.3-1.5 million lbs annually.. My forest also produces Oxygen for many many people. Probably enough to allow 1000-5000 people to breath annually. I expel only aproximately 80,000 lbs of carbon annually. I've even calculated if it would be a benefit to go south for the winter as far as Ecuador or Peru.. Versus burning wood all winter. With my current stove it definitely makes sense. Even with a more efficient stove I think I have enough stored carbon credits in my own bank that I can still justify my traveling south.
Next store to me the person is logging their property. Trading all of that carbon storage for paper dollars. I was offered a decent chunk for mine as well. I turned it down. Eventually I will leave instructions for when to selectively cut my forest in the future. That time will be when a new tree will take over for the old. The old tree will only be used for interior trim work and any slag can be burned in a wood stove to prevent more trees being cut for heat. The trim will store carbon for centuries in a home or office and then when its torn down will be sent underground in a landfill.
Of course if I move or sell then I have no say in what the future owner does with the forest unless I put in the deed that the wood resources do not transfer with the sale of the land. However that would be a hard sell. Also if I sell I will ensure that my next property also either has trees or lots will be planted. Either way I will continue with my carbon storage for as long as I shall live.

Oh and I also wanted to add, I have no mortgage and never did on this property. I also have no bank account. I have severed my ties with them.

I've even calculated if it would be a benefit to go south for the winter as far as Ecuador or Peru.. Versus burning wood all winter. With my current stove it definitely makes sense. Even with a more efficient stove I think I have enough stored carbon credits in my own bank that I can still justify my traveling south.
Next store to me the person is logging their property. Trading all of that carbon storage for paper dollars. I was offered a decent chunk for mine as well. I turned it down. Eventually I will leave instructions for when to selectively cut my forest in the future. That time will be when a new tree will take over for the old. The old tree will only be used for interior trim work and any slag can be burned in a wood stove to prevent more trees being cut for heat. The trim will store carbon for centuries in a home or office and then when its torn down will be sent underground in a landfill.
Of course if I move or sell then I have no say in what the future owner does with the forest unless I put in the deed that the wood resources do not transfer with the sale of the land. However that would be a hard sell. Also if I sell I will ensure that my next property also either has trees or lots will be planted. Either way I will continue with my carbon storage for as long as I shall live.
