View Full Version : France Cuts Social Security Payments Of 500,000 Seniors............. V

Soon our turn will be.....but how about those who contributed nothing and are getting all those free benefits?
======================================
October 01, 2014 - Once again, France’s senior citizens held large demonstrations around the country in order to protest the neoliberal economic policies of President Francois Hollande. The government just announced that some 500,000 seniors will have their social security payments lowered in the midst of the Great Recession. Purchasing power has been France’s number one concern for years, even more than their record-high unemployment. The waves of regressive taxes and social service cuts enacted by Hollande have impoverished retirees more than any other class. - See more at: http://xrepublic.tv/node/10642#sthash.CR0M1gjx.dpuf

Didn't you say there had been a tax lien event in your properties abstract? If so then the land patent might be valid but you are not in the chain of title.
Communism has abolished private property. The more you argue with them on this concept the more your arguments will be used against you. Best not to argue but instead agree. The system has a way of channeling your energy to use against you.
Now since private property has been abolished that means that there is a lot of abandoned property out there. Learn how to abate the nuisance with a claim.

True ... but if the state separated the owner from his property in a tax lien sale even 130 years ago .... the buyer at the tax lien sale has not been placed in the chain of title ... the event was not done with the consent of the owner in arrears. Possession and ownership become separated and it might take generations to join them again ... or NEVER.

Sure, but remember that the lien is for WHAT IS ON THE LAND and not for the land itself.......and if you don't give them permission to enter your land then how are they going to carry the house away?......... they would have a hell of a time selling your property on the land that is yours.

Money agreed or directed to be laid out in land is considered as real estate.
There is no land in real estate. There is only money.
Judgments rendered in courts of record are generally liens on the real estate of the defendants or parties against whom such judgments are given.
However I doubt if any tax lien auction comes from any judgment. Instead they send you a NOTICE OF LIEN which itself is not a lien ... IT IS A NOTICE. Your due process is that you have a right to inquire (which does not mean IGNORE) that notice. AT NO TIME IS YOUR TAX BILL TAKEN IN FRONT OF A JUDGE AND A LIEN ATTACHED.

Only thing is that I did not buy the land......the iniciator, at least for my land, was a woman that gave $1.25 per acrea to "register" it and not for buying it.........how can they tax something that has no value?..........and something else, they cannot take your land for tax or for debt..........what happens if I don't pay my tax? it become a debt which is also protected. I have been studding all about land patent for the last two years and there are many lupholes.......by the way, did you know that property tax (that came about in 1932) is now illegal? became illegal in 1971 or 1982, forgot when, and is under the name of a woman.......I lost the damn thing and not I am unable to located again.

how can they tax something that has no value How can you pay property taxes of no value with paper money also of no value? Because you find yourself in the land of fiction where something of no substance can pay for use or usufruct of something of real value.
they cannot take your land for tax or for debt..........what happens if I don't pay my tax? When you refuse to pay a fictional bill with fictional money then your use or usufruct is terminated.
Did you ever post legal notice of your ownership of land? Did you ever provide witnessed notices at court houses, post offices, library, town square? Did you ever perambulate the boundary of your land? Did you ever sandwich your notice in plexiglas, attach a chain to a rod and place it on the land as boundary markers, covered up with a suitable pile of small stones? You see it is not the land you own but rather the markers. And while you are at it take a tablespoon of soil at each boundary marker location as livery of seisin. Since you are taking something you should leave something as well. In Iowa I find wild rose seed gathered from nature is appropriate. You might find something else for your environment.

Close. Having a land patent is like being in a different PLANE. If you are a citizen in a political machine then the land patent is your grant of the right to use certain land. What I posted is the procedure one uses when he does not desire political involvement. In fact if I were a citizen and tried that procedure I could be charged with civil disobedience because citizens can only seize things in the name of the state. Hence the phrase 'abolition of private property'.

Absolutely, all of Europe is stripping down on pensions, social security, education, and raise taxes, to pay for refugees and immigrants from Africa and Middle East, who live way better lives, than they could dream of in their third world shitholes, never working, having 4-10 children, and doesn't even bother to learn their new countries language. Sure their are plenty of exceptions to that description. But the net effect is an enormous drain on the host society!

Would love to hear more on the land patent stuff. On my tax bill its says if not paid within one year it is subject to forclosure. Which always leaves me scratching my head wondering how they have any claim to my shit. Also the trees on my property is subject to taxation if I ever cut them like they have some claim on them as well. I feel like they should pay me rent to grow the damn things if they have so much claim on the property.

A piece of paper with no matter what the writing guarantees nothing. Anyone who says otherwise is a fool or a liar.
Only force guarantees anything. And even that has its limits for human beings.
Government is an attempted monopoly of force. It pays no attention to "documents" when they are in the way of government aims.

Land patents are complete nonsense. As is most of the "sovereign citizen" and "redemption" crap. Guns, not documents, rule society.

Of course. My assertion is that "most" people who "own" land are forced to pay that tribute, and therefore do not "own" it. If you'd like to explain a genuinely effective way of compelling the government - sans guns - to not force you to pay, please explain.

I was having a conversation with a female friend who is from the Philippines. They have a very similar constitution to the US constitution.. When I told her I had to pay my property taxes she told me that if you own your property there that there that they cant tax you on it. Same in Sweden. They use a formula, where they count location area, living space, land area, equipment/amenities of the house, bedrooms, restoration. If you commit the mistake of restoring your house you'll get punished by raised property taxes...

Again. It is the value that is taxed. Not the property.
They (the system) rely upon the sale price and presume that nobody would be so foolish as to pay more than the assessed valuation. However, if they are so foolish, governments are ready, willing and able to apply the milage rate to the newest price. In the end analysis government decides how much they need to operate and then adjust assessed valuations until their budget goes black.

Right. Milage x accessed value ($0) = $0 tax owed.
But then if the currency is bankrupt any valuation of your property by that currency makes your condition of holding that property the same condition as that of a bankrupt.

Impossible!
Currency never goes bankrupt........governments and individuals can.
The property has a fair market value no matter what value the currency is at.
You're getting the ability to pay a debt confused with the value of currency.
When someone or something cant pay off a debt they always access the value of possesions that bankrupt entity holds towards the debt.
