This reminds me of GIM's closure, the end of March 2010.

And I suppose G-S.us' "launch", when GIM'ers fled to GIM2 and then to G-S.us.

Anyway, check it out

http://harveyorgan.blogspot.com/

It's GONE.

As for WHY, Harvey has been verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry persistent about bringing attention to the games at Crimex. Regularly defaming several large corporations, except for the fact that he was seeking the facts.

Anyway, Google folded. BAD Google.

" Harvey Organ's Gold and Silver Blog Has Been 'Deleted by Court Order'

Several patrons have asked me if I know what has happened to Harvey Organ's precious metals blog.

I have been given to understand by an email that his site on Google blogger has been 'deleted by court order' and in accordance with Google's terms of service and content policy.

The specific terms of the court order or the originator have not been revealed to me. It is not clear to me that Harvey himself knows this yet.

I had thought Harvey's Precious Metals blog was fairly benign, and Google has been easy to work with based on my own experience.

Things like this generally involve either alleged copyright infringement or some sort of defamation. Harvey was based in Canada, and I do not know if Canadian laws on this are different than US laws, or even which jurisdiction issued the court order.

I do not care to speculate. This is all that I know. If I find out more, which I hope will be the case, I will pass that along.

You may find some 'back issues' of Harvey's blog on the Internet Archive here.

Here's looking at you, kid."

I read Harvey O. and Dan Norcini almost every day.

I'm looking forward (I think) to hearing from Harvey about what specifically it was that he did, that brought the heat.

It could be nothing or he could have touched a major nerve, for example in highlighting precious metals market operations he basically illustrates the extreme frailty of the system. One person who buys a $Billion worth of paper silver and then stands for delivery can upset the apple cart.

Harvey has been talking a lot about China being behind the very high open interest in Comex Silver.

If & WHEN China stands for delivery, that will cause some ripples.

My preliminary guess is, Harvey was providing Russia, China et al with information that was useful from the point of view of economic warfare, sort of 'how to defeat the US without firing any weapons'.

And the court order focussed on another little foible. Basically saying, "Harvey Defamed X" when there may well be another reason for Google to shut up Harvey.

It's wierd. Harvey is Jewish, and sort of whiney-sounding. And here is Google censoring him.

I think Harvey might deserve some kind of award.

And we could be waiting months to get the 'real skinny'.

Why have a blog that allows others to shut it in the first place..........

A web site would be better....

For someone with Harvey's income and PM holdings, and hosting being as cheap as it is - YEAH.

It would be harder to censor.

Also, Harvey is an Israel-supporting Jew so he is unlikely to be censored too much.

When ZionCrimeFactory got censored, it was GoDaddy censoring him on the Domain name end, and 1and1.com censoring him on the web-host end.

But ZCF was & is quite honest about modern-day Israel and Jews.

And GoDaddy is owned by KKR - Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts. New York Jews, Silverstein's buddies.

But his recent interview is still on You Tube which Google owns and controls, and it's still up here:

This makes me believe the court order to take down the blog story. If Google was getting orders from the NWO, the videos would be gone too, and Harvey would be erased--down the memory hole like they did in the Soviet Union. In a while people would be saying Harvey who?

Maybe the Google blog shutdown has to do with the content of Harvey's latest prediction that the Comex will collapse by December. This is SHTF prediction, and I am hearing similar things, notably from Jim Willie now. So, maybe the end is near, and Google has been recruited to buy the bastards just a little more time by making Harvey harder to find.

That video is not Harvey's finest moment.

He made about 5 mis-statements of fact. He looks like he hasn't slept.

I'm not sure exactly what part of Harvey they're trying to sweep under the rug.

I would guess that November 30 is a date of some concern for the Cartel. That's the date Swiss voters vote on whether to re-build their gold reserves. Building it back up to about 1500 tons over a period of 5 years.

That vote is about 8 weeks away.

It's been days since it went down. Wouldn't Harv have done an interview by now to give his side of the story?

Sounds like some hype before he launches a new site. Nothing on Turds site about the loss of Harvey's blog too.

He's a grandfather. The workload Harvey assumes, analyzing Comex inventory every day, and summarizing world news - that's a big workload for a guy who is also supposed to be dispensing medicines at a pharmacy full-time.

As far as I can tell, Harvey is instinctively pro-PM-honesty. The interview with him in 2010 describing his difficulties getting possession of his own physical metal, that was pretty convincing. It reinforces in a personal way the message that is brought up by incidents like the Morgan Stanley $4.4 Million storage-fees-for-non-existent-metal lawsuit settlement in 2007.

(MS settled for cash for the non-existent PM's. But the customer's had to sue to get their vaulting fees returned.)

Harvey does not strike one as the 'crusader-on-the-white-horse' personae. But his whiney voice saying, "there's no metal there" is rather convincing. He should turn it into a ring-tone and sell it at the Apple store.

Now Harvey Organ is at Silver Doctors.

My browser gives me lots of warnings about the URL. I went ahead anyway.

What do you guys think about the security @ silverdoctors.com ?

i have a hard time believing google shut his site down for copyright infringement. the only thing on there that could have possibly been copywrited was the kitco ticker. either he shut it down himself for press, or he's right and a big bank made a call. it wasn't for copyright infringement in either case.
